NOPOSC SPRING SOCCER SEASON

North Portland Soccer Club serves the unique and special 5th district of Portland. Soccer is a sport that is gaining popularity
in the US and specifically in Portland with the Portland Timbers professional MLS soccer team. The Portland Youth Soccer Association (PYSA) is
helping to launch NOPOSC which will incorporate volunteers and coaches from both the St. John's Soccer Club and Peninsula Soccer Club, which will both be
dissolved.
The goal is to provide recreational soccer opportunities to as many kids as possible to the North Portland community.NOPOSC will do its best to
place kids on teams in their neighborhoods and practice locations will be held at nearby fields.
Our new website (www.northportlandsoccer.com) contains pages of content that can help
answer many of your questions and includes an online registration so you can register for the Spring season. Our North Portland neighbor Adidas is also lending a hand in
our endeavor to grow soccer in Portland and specifically in North Portland or NoPo as we fondly call it. TheNoPo Soccer Club is always looking for parent and community involvement
opportunities. Check out the website and we look forward to seeing you on the field soon.
